Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 200 P2, 100 P2, LOC 001, 003 P1, 001 P1, 500 P1, 002 P1, 101 P1, 004 P1 and 250 P1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The new rooflights hereby approved shall be set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, full details of all new external joinery for the windows and doors and the shopfront (including cross-section drawings at a scale of 1:20 or 1:10) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
