Notwithstanding the details shown on drawing GA-DIDCOT-EN-21-3433-001_Rev 1_20230424, the toxic gas cage shall be sited in accordance with the details contained in the supplementary information submitted on 5 June 2023. In all other respects the Hazardous substances shall not be kept or used other than in accordance with the particulars provided on the Application nor outside the areas marked for storage of the substances on the plans which formed part of the application and any update to the plans which include the following plans attached as attachments 2, 3, 4 and 5, respectively: o Attachments 2 GA-DIDCOT-EN-21-3433-001_Rev 1_20230424 (002), dated 24.04.23 o Attachment 3 2022 162246 Oxygen Traffic Route and Location plan - further information dated 22.8.22 o Attachment 4 2022 162249 Plot Plan - further information dated 22.8.22 o Attachment 5- Cylinder Storage Layout area - further information supplied 22.8.22 Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The Hazardous Substances shall not be kept or used other than in accordance with the particulars provided on the application form and updated in emailed correspondence dated 05/06/23 from Air Products. Maximum mobile container storage size should be set as 0.05m3 for the following substances: - Oxygen - Hydrogen - P2 flammable gases - P4 Oxidising gases. Maximum mobile container storage size should be set as 0.051m3 for the following substance: - Acetylene Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
