The proposed roof extensions do not comply with Class B of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015 because they do not comprise hip to gable enlargements and do not maintain the eaves of the original roof and do not ensure that the edge of the enlargement closest to the eaves is not less than 0.2 metres from the eaves.
The proposed single storey side extension does not comply with Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015 because the extension would extend beyond a wall forming the principal elevation of the original dwellinghouse.
