The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 21 TGSH PE01, 21 TGSH RW02, 21 TGSH RW01, 21 TGSH SL01 A, 21 TGSH RW03, 21 TGSH SP01 and 21 TGSH SP02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
That prior to the commencement of works hereby approved, the following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
1. A method statement and plan (as appropriate) for the installation for any new plumbing and electrics
2. Lime specification for any mortar or plaster repairs
3. Details of replacement fireplaces (prior to commencement of relevant work)
4. A method statement and trial area for the removal of paint from the beams (prior to commencement of the relevant work)
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
