Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 228-SHC-074 rev C, 228-SHC-064 rev B, 228-SHC-104 rev B, 228-SHC-073 rev C, 228-SHC-063 rev B, 228-SHC-103 rev B, A2 1094-0200 rev P3, 228-SHC-056, 228-SHC-072 rev C, 228-SHC-062 rev B, 228-SHC-102 rev B, 228-SHC-148 rev A, 228-SHC-139 rev C, 228-SHC-071 rev C, 228-SHC-061 rev B, 228-SHC-055, 228-SHC-101 rev B, 228-SHC-138 rev C, 228-SHC-070 rev C, 228-SHC-060 rev B, 228-SHC-054, 228-SHC-100 rev B, 228-SHC-075 rev B, 228-SHC-065 rev B, 228-SHC-105 rev B, 228-SHC-076 rev B, 228-SHC-066 rev B, 228-SHC-106 rev B, 228-SHC-057 rev A and 228-SHC-058 rev A, within the Heritage Statement and Design and Access Statement except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission or unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All works of making good to the buildings not specified within the submitted Design and Access Statement and Heritage Statement to be carried out in materials and finishes consistent with the existing construction of the building.
Reason: Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
