Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plan and heritage statement, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent: - Replacement windows on rear elevation of grade II listed building - drawing no. 01 - Heritage statement and impact assessment produced by Sally Stradling. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

No work shall commence until details, including drawings of the window joinery details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
