Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 001, LOC 001, 12 09 MA02, 12 09 PL14 Rev A, 12 09 PL10 Rev A and 12 09 PL15 Rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the Application Form hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of all materials, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to the commencement of any works hereby authorised, a full schedule of the works of repair and alteration to be undertaken to the Coach House; shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
