Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
