The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PL-01, PL-02, PL-03, PL-05A and PL-04A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P23/S0798/DIS

No development above slab level shall take place until a photographic schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy EVN7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035. Related application(s): P23/S0798/DIS

Details, including drawings as necessary, of structural proposals to create the openings and support the roof to the adjacent kitchen extension, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All windows and external doors shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification show at a scale of 1:20 of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
