The stationing of a caravan on the land edged red on the submitted plan LOC 001 for agricultural purposes used in the manner described in the Planning Statement would be lawful within the meaning of S.191(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) as S.55(2)(e) of the Act says that 'the use of any land for the purposes of agriculture or forestry (including afforestation) and the use for any of those purposes of any building occupied together with land so used' shall not be taken to involve development.
