Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, LOC-001, LOC-002, JD-001 and JD-002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, revised joinery details shall be provided showing the overall scale and design of the openings which should match the existing ones, albeit incorporating an agreed double-glazed joinery detail which has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
