Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 25NCSU01, 25NCSU02, 25NCSP04, 5NCP03 Rev A, 25NCP02 Rev A and 25NCP01 Rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Before the relevant parts of the works are commenced, a photographic schedule of the proposed external materials for the extension shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The new works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved materials. Reason: Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All internal areas of making good are in appropriate breathable materials. Reason: Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
