The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.

No work shall commence until details of the lime mortar specification for all works of repair and making good and photographs of the proposed clay tile and replacement weatherboarding have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
