Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P22/S0595/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1881 SUR and 1881 P1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Details of how the misting system will be installed, minimising the impact on historic fabric b. A schedule of works to the interior of the building, including specifications for any materials such as plasters or mortars c. A schedule of external materials for the link extension d. Details of the mechanical ventilation system installation. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
