Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 62 052021 06 1, 62 052021 03 1, 62 052021 04 1, 62 052021 07 Rev A, ASG404, 62 052021 01 1, 62 052021 10, 62 052021 05 Rev A, 62 052021 10 1, 62 052021 08 1, 62 052021 09 1, ASG301 and 62 052021 02 Rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved photographic samples or specification of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development (including doors, windows and rooflights) hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved specification of a breathable material for the proposed cavity wall insulation to the existing walls of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
