Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no window(s), door(s) or other openings shall be inserted at any time in the south elevation or roof slope of the outbuilding. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy DES6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
