Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1253_0211_Rev02, 0101 Rev 01, 0102 Rev 01, 0221 Rev 01, 0222 Rev 01, 0223 Rev 01, 0213 Rev 01, 0203 Rev 01, 0201 Rev 01, 0202 Rev 01, 0212 Rev 01 and 0100 Rev 01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: - photographic schedule of external materials Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

New flint work will be knapped and laid in slim mortar beds - as per examples given in the Chilterns AONB Board Guidance Document on Flint: https://www.chilternsaonb.org/uploads/files/ConservationBoard/PlanningDevelopment/ChilternsFlint.pdf Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
