Description
The works have already been completed.
As you entered the property a plasterboard wall and door had been added in recent years to separate the entrance/living room from the hall leading to the staircase. We removed this with ease, with the parque floor continuing under the wall, and the ceiling was in near perfect condition. We resurrected a new plasterboard wall in the same layout, and simply moved the position of the door and made them double doors to improve the flow, light and ease of movement in the house. The doors we installed are custom made smoked oak and glass to reflect those of a fitted unit on the landing. No historical characteristics were removed.
