The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than 28 February 2023. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works shall be carried out in accordance with the materials vents and flues structural report and joinery details approved via condition discharge application P21/S2182/DIS. Reason: To preserve the character of the curtilage listed buildings and their settings in accordance with policies ENV6, ENV7, and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Any external lighting will only be permitted in accordance with a lighting scheme and plan to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the relevant works. Any such lighting shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation of the development and directed at a low level. Reason: To preserve the character of the curtilage listed buildings and their settings in accordance with policies ENV6, ENV7, and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
