The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to construction of the relevant element of the works hereby approved a photographic schedule of the materials (brick plinths, render, weatherboarding, tiles) to be used in the external construction and finish of that element shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works hereby approved (internal structural alterations) a photographic record of the building fabric to be removed (as set out within Understanding Historic Buildings: A Guide to Good Recording Practice, Historic England, 2016) shall be undertaken, This must be carried out by an archaeological/building recording consultant or organisation.

Reason: As the building is of historic importance in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
