The proposed gates will be fully automated with an intercom unit linked back to the Manor (as amended by drwgnos 6-1042-103-P-1 and 6-1042-102-P-2 to revise the design of the replacement gates and the alterations to the estate track received on 04/10/21).

Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 102-P-2, 103-P-1, BP-101, 101-S and LP-101, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the application forms hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
