Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site, submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing before the commencement of the rebuilding of the wall. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the development is completed and the new development shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel.
