Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 8052 P06, 8052 P11, 8052 P03, 8052 P02, 8052 P05C, 8052 P04B and 8052 P01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Notwithstanding condition 4, the external materials for the extension to the garage and new dormer shall match the existing. Should non-matching materials be used, these shall be agreed by photographic schedule prior to the commencement of the relevant works and thereafter completed in accordance with the agreed details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policy.17 of the Goring Neighbourhood Plan.
The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of preserving the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policy.17 of the Goring Neighbourhood Plan.
