Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LP 007 Rev V12, LP 008 Rev V12, LP 006 Rev V12, 12 39 200, 3567 306 Rev A, 14 40 203, 12 39 15 Rev D, 3567 301 Rev H, 14 40 202, 3567 304 Rev A, 3567 305 Rev A, 14 40 201, 3567 303 Rev C, LP 001 Rev V12, LP 002 Rev V12, LP 003 Rev V12, LP 004 Rev V12 and LP 005 Rev V12, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. All details of repair, levelling of walls or associated works to the historic masonry to explore an alternative to plasterboard for finishing the internal walls.
b. Details of any works of repair or replacement to the historic roof structure.
c. All details of upgrades to the floors including materials.
d. Details of any underpinning and justification, should this be found to be necessary.
e. Details of the glass link.
f. Details of all new doors and windows.
g. Details of the surface material for the yard/parking area (a suitable alternative to the bitumous macadam shown).
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
