Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 225-P04 Rev C, 225-P05 Rev C, 225- P03 FF Rev C, 255-P02 Rev C, 225 E05 ELEV A, 225_E04_ELEV A, 225_E03_FF A, 225_E02_GF A, LOC-001 and BLO-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant works hereby approved all joinery details for all new windows, doors and the new staircase, details of all new external vents including SVPs, submission of a method statement and plan (as appropriate) for the installation for any new plumbing and electrics, and submission of a method statement for the installation of all new partitions in the listed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
All works of making good to the building interior and exterior to be carried out in materials and finishes to match the existing building or consistent with the original construction of the building unless alternatives are otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035..
