The site would continue to operate fully under Class C3 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) would be lawful development by reference to Section 58 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and Article 3 of the Order.
This consent is given under the provision that the salon would operate under the specified times highlighted in the email dated 2021-09-08 and would not serve more than one customer at any one time, with only one member of staff working. Extended operations of the proposed salon would require separate consent from the local planning authority.
