Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01919 03, 01919 01, 01919 02, 01919 06 Rev A and 01919 04, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The rooflight hereby approved shall be a conservation type rooflight, set flush with the plane of the roof and fitted between the existing rafters of the roof in which it is to be inserted. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic integrity of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
