Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01 Rev A and 02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All lighting shall be angled to prevent trespass into the rear gardens or any window of 1 and 2 Sports Cottages, Horspath Road.
Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity in accordance with Policies DES1, 2 & 6 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The floodlights hereby approved shall not be used outside the hours of 9am to 10pm Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays) and shall not be used outside the hours of 9am to 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Reason: To protect the appearance of the area, the environment and wildlife, and local residents from light pollution in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
The proposed floodlights shall be installed in accordance with Planning, Design and Access statement from Pentangle Design, ref 3673/PDAS/DRAFT June 2021 and Performance Results 200 Lux LED and, thereafter, shall be permanently maintained in accordance with the approved scheme.
Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity in accordance with Policies DES1, 2 & 6 and ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
