Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 700-EL04, 700-EL02, 700-EL03, 700-EL-01, 700-PL01, 700-PL02, 700-RP01 Rev B, 700-SE01 Rev B, 700-SP01 and 700-SP01 Rev B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The flintwork on the exterior of the development hereby permitted shall be constructed using traditional knapped flint, individually laid as part of the construction and lime mortar.

An application for a Faculty to cover the necessary listed building consent should identify how this opening from the nave will be finished and consideration be given to reinstating the attractive decorative brick banding that is present in the window splays as existing and the reuse of the existing window in the west elevation of the new extension.
