Description
Discharge of conditions 3c (schedule of work, material specification for former stables) in application P20/S4659/LB. The internal refurbishment of the Red Lion Hotel including new internal decoration and renewal of servicing to guestroom areas as well as limited internal alterations to specific ground floor sections of the building (the Regatta Restaurant and approach corridor) to reinstate previous internal volumes. The public areas will also be redecorated, generally on a like for like basis. Strip out works to facilitate the design of the refurbishment have been undertaken in agreement with planning / conservation officers. The building footprint will not change and the drawings submitted with the application show proposals consented under P11/S0194 which will be built out as part of the refurbishment project.
