Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 21 NHST SL01, 21 NHST PE02, 21 NHST PE01, 21 NHST PE01 B, 21 NHST SP03 B and 21 NHST PE02 B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to commencement of works details of the design, specification, method of opening, method of fixing and finish of the dormer windows, in the form of drawings and sections of no less than 1:20 scale, shall be submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to commencement of works photographic samples of external materials to be used on the works hereby granted consent shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed materials. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
