Description
General repair to the barn and cottage to south-west of Smalls House. (As amended by drawings received 5 August 2021, to allow roof repair works to the thatched cottage and other internal works to commence without the prior submission and approval of a Preliminary Bat Survey).
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, J920 107, J920 105, J920 106, J920 112, J920 102, J920 103, J920 108, J920 109, J920 115, J920 104, J920 100, J920 101, J920 110 RevA, J920 114 RevA, J920 113 RevA and J920 111 RevA, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All works to be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the approved plans and described within the supporting documents.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
