Description
Addition of one course of bricks to the top of the parapet walls (all around). This is required as the roof membrane needs to be renewed as it is now leaking and we want to upgrade the insulation under the roof deck at the same time, to bring roof up to current insulation standards. This will require an additional 70mm depth of insulation material, so the parapet walls need to be increased by one brick course to accommodate the additional depth.
