Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than 4th December 2023. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LP1, 08B, 09B, 07B, 05B and 06A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That any new clay tiles required to make up deficit of those that cannot be reused shall be of the same colour, profile and texture as those used on the existing roof. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on application P21/S2490/DIS. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The rooflights hereby approved shall be Conservation rooflights and set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on application P21/S2527/DIS (condition 6e) and P21/S2824/DIS (condition 6a,b,c,f & H) and P21/S1292/DIS (condition 6d). Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
