Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The former detached garage building at Wood House Park has, on the balance of probability has been extended and altered to its current form, as shown on plans P100, P101, P102 and P103 accompanying this application, and has been in continuous occupation as a dwellinghouse for a period of four year or more, prior to the point of the registration of this application, 15 May 2021. As such, the existing development and use of the building as a dwellinghouse is now considered to be immune from any planning enforcement and is considered lawful due to passage of time under Sections 191(2)(a),191(2)(b), 171B(1) and 171B(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
