Photographic evidence of the successful installation of the features stated in section 5.5.1 of the aforementioned report shall be provided to and approved writing by the local planning authority prior to first use of the development. Reason: To minimise the ecological impacts of development and secure biodiversity enhancements on site, in accordance with Policies ENV2 and ENV3 of the SOLP, and paragraphs 174 and 180 of the NPPF.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
