The tree protection details as shown on the approved 'Tree Protection Plan scale 1 _500(1)' and detailed in the 'Accompanying letter for Tree Plan' shall be put in place prior to any on site works and thereafter retained in situ for the duration of development.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with paragraph 170 of the NPPF.
