Between the hours of 18:00 and 21:00 hours on any day the decked area at the front of the premises shall be used only for pre-dinner drinks or outdoor dining and for no other purposes including any other purpose within Class E of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policies ENV11 and ENV12 the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
That no part of the external areas of the site shall be used by customers after 21:00 or before 09:00 hours on any day without prior formal permission from the Local Planning Authority. With the exception of the decked area at the front of the premises, no other external areas within the site shall be used for dinning after 18:00 or before 09:00 hours on any day without the prior formal permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policies ENV11 and ENV12 the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Signs shall be erected and maintained on the decked area requesting that customers respect the needs of local residents and keep noise to an appropriate level so as not to cause disturbance.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policies ENV11 and ENV12 the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
That all doors and windows on the north east elevation fronting onto the river Thames shall be kept closed except for access and egress after 18:00 or before 09:00 hours on any day.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policies ENV11 and ENV12 the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
There shall be no additional lighting to external areas without the prior written authority of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the appearance of the conservation area, banks of the river Thames and the occupants of nearby residential properties from light pollution in accordance with Policies ENV11, ENV12, DES1, DES2, ENV1, ENV6 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
