Description

Replacement of existing rear 1950s/60s single-storey lean-to. Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0.20, 0.50, 1.50A, 0.10 and 1.40A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, joinery details for the alterations to existing windows and replacement windows shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall include a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish. The works will be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of preserving the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV7 & ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
