Conditions / Refusal Reasons
a) This consent expires 5 years from the date hereof. b) Any advertisements displayed and any site used for the display of advertisements shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. c) Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition. d) Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the removal shall be carried out to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. e) No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. f) No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal, or aid to navigation by water or air, or so as otherwise to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway, waterway or aerodrome (civil or military). Reason: To comply with the requirements of Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007.

That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, GAR-GA-p1719-04 Rev T2, SAL-GA-p1719-01 Rev T2, 217782-001-6, 217782-001-3, 217782-001-4, 217782-001-9, 217782-001-5, 217782-001-1, 217782-001-2, 217782-001-8, 217782-001-10, 217782-001-11, P1719.SALES.02, 219120 and P1719.SALES.01 Rev C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The use of the external lighting shall be restricted to between 08:00 and 18:00 Mondays to Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Statutory Holidays. Reason: To protect the appearance of the area, the environment and wildlife, and local residents from light pollution in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
