Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 03, 04, NWV8182_1, 02, C01, LOC001, 06, OP1001 and 05, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, within 3 months of the date of this consent the following shall be undertaken and completed; a. Works of making good the hole where the flue exists on the building. b. The flue shall be painted as per the details set out in the Heritage Assessment received 17 May 2021. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
