Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50, 1.30, 1.40B and 1.50B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That all works of making good to allow for the extensions and altertions hereby approved shall be complete in traditional building materials to match those on the original building(s), unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All windows and doors shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The glazed link extension shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
