Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0.20, 0.50, 0.52, 0.51, 1.50A, 1.51A, 1.52A, 0.10, 0.30, 1.30, 0.40, 0.41, 1.40B and 1.41B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant aspect of the works hereby approved detailed plans showing the new floor slab including method statements for removal of existing and drawn cross sections showing new slab relative to foundations, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All works of making good to the listed building inside and out hereby approved shall be of the same type and texture as those used on the existing building and / or consistent with the original materials unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing
Reason: To secure proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6, and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6, and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant aspect of the works hereby approved full details of works of floor strengthening shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant aspect of the works hereby approved full details of all new insulation upgrades shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All windows and external doors shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6, and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
