Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 130-111 P, 130-311 P2, 130-321 P2, 130-321 P, 130-304 P2, 130-104 P, 130-201, 129-300 P2, 130-100 P, 130-102 P, 130-303 P2, 130 101 P, 130 302 P2, 130-103 P and 130-301 P2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P21/S3073/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved a photographic schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035. Related application(s): P21/S3073/DIS

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Works of repointing to include mortar specification and pointing Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All works of making good required to faciliate the works hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type, texture and finishes as those used on the existing building.
