Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
No works shall commence on the manor house conservatory until full design details of the conservatory including glazing, joinery, materials and finishes have been submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority, following consultation with Historic England. The details shall be implemented in accordance with the approved plans.
Reason: To ensure the conservation and enhancement of the listed manor house, in accordance with the NPPF and Policies ENV6 and ENV 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the commencement of any work within any phase (as approved by application P21/S0343/FUL) incorporating listed buildings (including curtilage listed buildings) samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the buildings and extensions hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the conservation and enhancement of the listed manor house and curtilage listed buildings in accordance with the NPPF and Policies ENV6 and ENV 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Prior to the completion of the works hereby consented, a report recording areas of opening up and works of alteration to create the dormer, new stairs and extend the bay window on the Manor House in accordance with the approved plans shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and deposited in the Oxfordshire County Archives. The recording and report will be produced in accordance with a Level 2 Record as specified in the Historic England document Understanding Historic Buildings; A Guide to Good Recording Practice (2016).
Reason: To provide information to help further advance understanding of the significance of the listed building (Policy ENV6 of Local Plan 2035).
