That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans:
Site Location Plan 1849-0127-01
Site Plan Phase 1A Bund 2134-Ph1A-LA-01C
except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Within 6 months of the date of this permission, a method statement detailing the following must be submitted to, and agreed in writing by, the Local Planning Authority:
a. updated sections of the bunds at various points to take account of existing site gradient
b. specification for addressing builders' spoil in the bunds
c. specification for reprofiling and reseeding works
d. means of access for maintenance to the open space
e. maintenance of bunds
f. timetable of works
The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and timetable.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policies ENV1, DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
