This permission allows for the erection of a temporary tipi structure / building to be erected on the land, as shown on the plans forming part of this application, to remain in situ between the middle of March and middle of November. The seasonal permission shall then expire after a period of 6 years from the date hereof. Following the end of each season the building / tipi hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the middle of November. On expiry of this permission the building / tipi hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the middle of November 2026. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies STRAT, EMP10, EMP11, DES1, DES2, DES3, ENV1, ENV6, ENV7 and ENV10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2, DSE3, ENV1, ENV6, ENV7 and ENV10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
