Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 06, 05, 02 and 20 rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details specified in the letter dated 13 April 2021 (ref: RH/jlb/SODC/21/3) from Greenford Ltd detailing the relevant works of closing up the first floor partition wall between No.18, 19 and No.20 Upper High Street to provide acoustic and fire insulation. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
