Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, R11 C, R05 D, E01, R08 C, E11, MM01, R10 B, R13 C, E10, R06 B, R12 B, R01 A and R07 B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policies ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All new windows and external doors proposed shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policies ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
