That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans accompanying this application; WD11, WD08B and the plans approved under application reference P19/S1542/FUL; WD09, WD10, WD12, WD13, WD07, WD08, WD02, WD05, WD01, WD04, WD03 and WD06 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, unless otherwise agreed in writing the joinery details shall be as per those approved under application reference P20/S4583/DIS. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to protect the special character of the Wallingford Conservation Area in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2, ENV6 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That, unless otherwise agreed in writing the development shall be carried out in accordance with the materials approved under application reference P20/S2615/DIS. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to protect the special character of the Wallingford Conservation Area in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2, ENV6 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
